The PASS program offers tailored support for neurodiverse individuals. Recognizing diverse schedules, MERCI provides additional services from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, from Monday to Friday, to accommodate those requiring an earlier arrival or later stay. Within the PASS program, participants benefit from individualized plans crafted to meet their unique needs and interests.
Emphasizing personal choice, participants can select both instructors and activities according to their preferences. With a commitment to support at a 1:3 instructor to participant ratio, the PASS program is not just about assistance—it’s a journey of enrichment, enhancing leisure and daily living skills while actively participating in community events and programs. At MERCI, we empower individuals to shape their own meaningful experiences.
Experience personalized support and engagement with MERCI’s Discovery Program, available Monday through Friday. Specifically designed for adults with developmental disabilities who prefer or require a 1:1 instructor to participant ratio, this unique program brings enrichment directly to our participants’ homes. Catering to those unable to attend our on-site school due to preferences or medical fragility, the Discovery Program focuses on advancing leisure skills and daily living skills. Our dedicated instructors work individually with participants, creating a tailored experience that aligns with their specific needs and interests. Beyond the home environment, the program also introduces participants to a variety of community events and programs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their personal development. At MERCI, we believe in providing comprehensive and personalized support, fostering meaningful experiences for every individual in our Discovery Program.
